MOVEMENT 5280

The mission of Movement 5280 is to provide a "family of support" to homeless youth who have aged out of foster care and other at-risk young people lacking guidance as they transition to adulthood.

WAYS YOU CAN SERVE WITH 5280 & IN THE COMMUNITY
  • Serve a Wednesday, Friday or Sunday meal with your family, small group or Sunday school class.
  • Cook a hot meal (average 50-100 people), add the following to your browser to sign up to bring a meal: Movement 5280: Movement 5280 Meals (signupgenius.com)
  • Administrative behind the scenes help for Movement 5280.
  • Donate snack items that can be given to our youth on the streets.
  • Volunteer on Wednesdays 10am-2pm, Thursdays 8-11am or Fridays 4:30-7:30pm.
  • Write encouraging notes and scriptures to those we give a meal to.
  • Donate clothing and sleeping bags.
