We strive for excellence in the use of production arts to glorify God and to ensure that people see and hear the components that reinforce the messages.
By using these talents, we promote community and fellowship among those with similar interests in our church body.
In today's high-tech society, the church is finding itself with more equipment to utilize for the glory of God. From sound and lighting to video production and computer graphics, this crew works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
Currently, there are several positions open for our Sunday Morning rotation. Members of the media team are asked to serve no more than every three weeks. This “behind-the-scenes” ministry is vital to provide an environment of worship in every service. Training is provided on our equipment. Please contact Larry Stephens at the church office for more information at 303/761-8370 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Work behind the scenes directing live video. We currently have a 3 camera shoot that we use for podcasting, image magnification and video archive during both 9:00am and 10:30 am Worship. No experience? No problem! - we'll train you.
Most of our Sunday Morning participants aren't statues! When it comes to allowing people to see, this position makes all the difference. Make it a joy for the switchers to serve and give them some great shot compositions to work with. Training available for those interested.
Ever wonder how the lyrics always match what the singers are singing and they almost always come in time for you to read them? That takes a person! Without this position, we wouldn't have lyrics on Sunday morning. Are you interested?
Artistry in sound. The blend of high, low, and mid-tones converging to a mix of distinguishable voices and instruments united in one harmonious sound. If you have an ear for music and auditory challenges are a thrill, amplify your gifts as an artistic interpreter. Sound good, then we’d love to hear from you.
Staging & Setup
There’s no better (or more spiritual) way to say it: grunt work! It’s the kind of attitude that says, whatever needs to be done, I’ll do it. This opportunity allows for a lot of flexibility and also does NOT require you to lift 50lbs.
Commitment level varies.
